In many ways the face of the company, sales representative may do everything from answering phones to preparing price offers, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales opportunities.

- Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of the customers
- Achieve monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully following sales and strategies and tactics
- Generate sales through either direct communication with the customer in the showroom or by preparing price offers to clients that approach by email or phone
- Complete administrative tasks, handle payments and coordinate logistics

Main Responsibilities

Selling products or services to customers and representing the brand.



This includes asking questions to pinpoint the best offerings and maintaining customer relationships.

Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and identify potential new sales opportunities.

Achieve sales goals by submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products or services they request on time. Prepare concise and accurate quotations as per the clients’ requirements keeping in mind delivery times and stock availability

Administrate orders, quotations, financial reports. Handle logistics of incoming and outgoing merchandise, organize deliveries to the end customer and handle customer complaints, issue reclamations to suppliers etc.

Maintaining cleanliness throughout the showroom and if necessary, taking the necessary steps to improve the overall appearance of the premises. Monitor store daily expenses, supervise asset protection and risk m
