Job Description
As the Assistant to the CEO, you will be a key player in supporting our leader in managing and growing our diverse businesses. The role is ideal for someone who excels in a dynamic environment and is adept at navigating the nuances of international business relations.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including schedule management and coordination of international meetings.
Communicate and deal effectively with global clients, understanding and adapting to different cultural contexts
Serve as a liaison, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude in all interactions, both locally and internationally.




Develop and present business presentations to a general audience.
Lead and encourage a team environment that values intellect, positivity, and cultural sensitivity.
Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Make independent, culturally informed decisions in a dynamic business context.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably with international exposure.
Energetic, motivated, with a strong intellectual capacity.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Leadership skills and experience in managing diverse teams.
Proficient in business software and presentation tools.
