You will co‑design and implement impactful leadership development initiatives, lead general talent processes, and partner closely with business and HR leaders to strengthen organisational capability.This position calls for someone who can navigate high levels of complexity — across systems, platforms, cultures—and bring clarity in a constantly evolving environment. Experience with organisational change/ cultural integration/M&A; is a strong advantage.This
