Changan Automobile, one of China’s leading automotive manufacturers, is accelerating its global expansion and strengthening its presence in Europe. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Madrid office. This position will play a key role in managing our public cloud infrastructure and ensuring the high availability and stability of our connected vehicle platform applications, while handling daily maintenance, system changes, incident management, and technical support.

Responsibilities

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: manage public cloud resources including servers, networks, databases, and container clusters; ensure optimal performance and security of cloud-based infrastructure
- Application Stability: monitor and maintain the stability of our connected vehicle platform applications; implement measures to ensure high availability and fault tolerance
- Daily Maintenance:



perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, issue resolution, emergency response, and technical support; document and report on all maintenance activities and incident
- Process Improvement: contribute to the development and refinement of operational workflows and best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Incident Management: respond promptly to system outages or performance issues; conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Technical Support: provide technical assistance and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders; stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar qualifications
