Mission
The Principal Mechanical Engineer will provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in the end-to-end development of highly engineered products. The role combines hands‑on mechanical design with ownership of the complete mechanical development lifecycle, ensuring engineering solutions meet demanding performance, reliability, manufacturability, quality, and delivery objectives.
Acting as the primary technical interface with customers, the Principal Mechanical Engineer will translate customer requirements into robust engineering solutions, lead technical discussions, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities, and mentor the mechanical engineering team while maintaining direct involvement in product development. The role is instrumental in delivering innovative systems from concept through industrialization while fostering engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
