As an Engagement Manager, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes by translating their business challenges.
You will act as the bridge between clients, Product, Engineering, and Growth teams, driving successful adoption, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational discipline, technical understanding, and exceptional communication skills. You will play a critical role in helping clients maximize the value of our platform while shaping the future of our customer engagement model.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Quality & Workflow Design

Translate complex client challenges into scalable, measurable workflows.
Balance customer requirements with platform capabilities and limitations.
Develop reusable playbooks, templates, and demo assets to accelerate adoption.
Stay up to date with product developments and translate new features into practical, client-facing solutions.
Provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights.

Operational Excellence & Organisation

Maintain accurate tracking across dashboards, hubs, and internal documentation tools.
Monitor customer usage, adoption, and health metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
Build and manage clear delivery plans, including ownership, timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
Ensure transparency across all stakeholders and proactively identify potential blockers.

3. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment

Create strong alignment between clients and internal teams by establishing clear communication processes.
Prepare meeting agendas, document decisions, and maintain action logs with clear owners and deadlines.
Communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and challenges proactively.
Ensure all stakeholders remain informed and aligned throughout the customer journey.
