Responsibilities

- Develop efficient solutions for retrieving the most relevant candidates from extensive datasets containing millions of records.
- Build, test, and optimize machine learning models for accuracy and performance.




- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless deployment of machine learning solutions into production environments.
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Document processes, methodologies, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Solid understanding of recommendation systems, ranking algorithms, or similar machine learning applications.
