Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Responsibilities
- You will be part of a team that delivers world-class results, both for Card Members and the business. In your role, you will:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for credit related matters
- Analyze client portfolios and organize the credit process with local Credit teams
- Make spend decisions based on risk assessment and card member and client profiles
- Recommend and execute cancellation or suspension of spending privileges where required
- Effectively negotiate and discuss alternate payment arrangements
- Work to the highest standards with a balanced delivery of both customer exper
