Job DescriptionWORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL DIVISION
- Working on a mixture of incoming and externally sourced leads, as well as referred private jet clients, to build a list of repeat travel customers.
- Demonstrating an expert understanding of the most suitable travel product for each customer, and making suitable recommendations.
- Managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion, and collaborating with other company departments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
- Maintaining a “Customer First” attitude, and taking full ownership ofour customers in-destination experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully.
- Building and maintaining relationships with repeat clients, and pro-actively managing your customer list through out
