Mission:
Manage the development, validation and implementation of injection molds for plastic components ensuring compliance with quality, cost and delivery requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Define tooling and manufacturing constraints with Product Design Teams.
- Prepare mold technical specifications.




- Perform and review Mold Flow Analysis.
- Evaluate mold suppliers and analyze quotations.
- Follow mold manufacturing and validation activities at supplier’s side.
- Coordinate mold implementation in production plants.
- Maintain technical records and project tracking.

Skills & Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of mold design and injection molding processes.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
- Availability to travel mainly within Europe and occasionally outside Europe.
