As a Senior Application Manager, you take ownership of our ServiceNow platform and ensure its stable operation as well as its continuous strategic development. You think end-to-end, connect business needs with platform capabilities, and ensure that ServiceNow evolves as a central backbone for our internal IT processes. Responsibilities

- Ownership of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stable operation, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Responsibility for the strategic development of the ServiceNow platform and its alignment with internal IT processes and business needs.
- Operation, maintenance, and configuration of the platform, including workflows, modules, and integrations.
- End-to-end ownership of platform changes and improvements: from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and user adoption to productive release.
- Ensuring a stable production environment, including incident, problem, and change management within ServiceNow.
- Planning and coordinating releases, platform updates, and upgrades.
- Close collaboration with application managers, developers, and data engineers to integrate ServiceNow with the broader application lan
