Azure Data Platform Engineer
As a Data Platform Engineer in the Data Factory Platform you design, build, and maintain scalable data platform solutions on Azure. You work with technologies such as Azure ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Terraform. Together with cross‑functional teams, you develop and implement data‑driven solutions that directly support business and regulatory needs, ensuring reliable and high‑quality data for key processes.
Your Impact as Azure Data Platform Engineer
Together with your colleagues, you maintain and further develop the Data Factory Azure Platform according to best practices, ensuring it is as efficient to use as possible. Your focus includes infrastructure, automation and orchestration, monitoring, performance optimisation,
and full alignment with security and compliance standards. By developing, introducing, and automating new components, you deliver solutions you can be proud of and create a solid foundation for future developments. This aligns with the organisation’s digital transformation journey, and a key milestone for 2026 is the migration to the OneBankDAP infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement data platform solutions on Azure cloud using tools like Azure ADLS, Azure Databricks, ADF, and Terraform.
- Configure and optimise cloud‑based data storage and processing solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data platform solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and cloud computing.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
