The Role

We are looking for an Business Operations Manager with a structured mindset, who loves to improve efficiency in everything and help scale and optimize operations across Secret Media Network. This role will be fully focused on designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the organization.

What You´ll Do

Process Design & Optimization
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks,



and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable processes.
- Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability in execution between different regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam

AI Automation & Tooling
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and execution speed.

Operational Excellence
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented.
- Document and maintain clear operational playbooks.

Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring operational feasibility.
