What You'll Do:
As GL Accounting Payroll Manager, you'll report to the Senior Manager of Accounting and play a key role in ensuring payroll activity is accurately and completely reflected in the general ledger across all countries we operate in. As part of this, you'll drive the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and full reconciliation between HR data and our ERP.
You'll lead a dedicated team, organizing workloads, running regular 1:1s, and making sure tasks are completed accurately and on time. Getting the fundamentals right matters to us, and you'll be expected to bring both rigor and a positive energy to how the team operates.
This role operates in a SOX‑compliant environment, and you will be expected to deliver your SOX controls on time and to the required standard of quality.
You'll work closely with People teams across multiple countries, developing a solid understanding of local payroll specifics and becoming a trusted accounting partner to HR, as well as with the broader accounting and controllership team, FP&A;, and other finance stakeholders.



A key part of the role involves standardizing and improving how payroll integrates into our financial statements globally.
We're also migrating from SAP to Oracle Cloud ERP, and this role will have the opportunity to contribute to how payroll accounting is designed in our future system — a good fit for someone who takes pride in running a tight process and is genuinely curious about technology and automation.
Perimeter included in your scope is worldwide, and centralized per region: Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Set up an appropriate cadence of individual meetings (weekly or bi‑monthly) with clear allocation of tasks
Run a weekly review of tasks to be performed and define prior
