ABOUT THE ES TECHNOLOGY TEAM
The Technology Team is the driving force behind all our technical infrastructure, networks, corporate systems, and software IT. It is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the entire technical landscape, which serves as the foundation for all permanent and event-based operational services for our customers (e.g., media organizations, sports federations, and event enterprises).

In this context, the Network team is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of highly available network infrastructures supporting Eurovision Services’ IT and digital broadcast platforms. Through close collaboration with our engineering teams,



the Network team ensures uninterrupted delivery of live content to our clients and plays a key role in enabling business continuity and service excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, build, operate, and maintain high-availability cloud and on-premise network infrastructures for IT and digital broadcast services.
- Contribute to the architecture and implementation of secure network solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity; proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Support the delivery and operational readiness of customer and partner services.
- Handle Level 2 support activities, incident resolution, and service requests.
- Analyze operational needs and propose network, tooling, and process improvements.
- Participate in the deployment and operation of temporary IT and digital broadcast networks for major international events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams across multiple locations.
