What You'll Do
Forge is shaping the future of creative production. We combine AI, engineering, automation, and creative technology to build the platforms, products, and workflows that empower every creative team to move faster, experiment more, and scale creativity across Scopely.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building those capabilities.



You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered products and services, working closely with engineers, creative technologists, designers, producers, and artists to turn ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions that have a measurable impact across multiple game teams.

Own AI products and services throughout their full lifecycle, from discovery and implementation to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
Build production-ready AI applications leveraging LLMs, agents, automation frameworks and modern cloud technologies.
Prototype rapidly to validate ideas with users, then evolve successful experiments into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Partner closely with Creative, Production and Engineering teams to understand workflows and translate them into practical AI solutions.
Drive technical decisions within the team's architecture and engineering standards.
