The RoleWe are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, andenvironmental initiatives across our construction projects. The successfulcandidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations,promoting a strong safety culture, minimizing workplace risks, and supporting thesafe delivery of complex projects within the data centre, energy, and infrastructuresectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies,procedures, and management systems.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards,



and clientspecific HSE requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all activeprojects.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.
- Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainabilityinitiatives.
- Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe workingpractices.
- Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics.
- Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures areestablished and maintained.

Requisitos
- Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health &Safety;, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction,infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors.
