Finance Associate
The Finance Associate will support Titan's senior finance leadership across financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, transaction execution and reporting. The role is execution-focused and designed to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency across financial processes.

This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis,



fundraising support and transaction execution, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

- Build and maintain a 3-statement financial model for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analyses
- Own the Budget vs. Presente (BvA) analysis, meeting with internal stakeholders periodically to solicit input and discuss variances
- Support data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, runway, and growth initiatives

Fundraising & Investor Support

- Support the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms and financial models
- Coordinate information flows during due diligence processes with investors and advisors
- Track investor requests, timelines, and follow-ups

Transaction Execution Support

- Assist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity, and M&A; transactions
- Prepare analysis, summarie
