POSITION MISSION
To provide full operational leadership for two manufacturing plants of IBERIA (Parets del Vallés and Balsareny), ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Service, Cost and People objectives through effective leadership, outstanding organizational skills and strong coordination of the management teams across both locations.The role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, driving continuous improvement, developing people and fostering process standardization between sites, while acting as a role model for leadership and company culture across both facilities.
