At Mahle SBS as a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:-Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone. -Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. -Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships. We are looking for a passionate candidate with a high sense of Teamwork.
