What are we looking for?
As a Launch Specialist at INSUD PHARMA, you will be the bridge between development and industrialization, ensuring every new product is ready for its first commercial production. Your mission will be to coordinate all key functions to guarantee successful launches, meeting the highest standards of quality, cost, and service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain launch plans for new products, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, QC, Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, etc.) for timely execution of launch activities.
- Lead follow-up meetings, facilitating communication and alignment among all stakeholders.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for internal and external clients for assigned launches.
- Proactively identify risks, constraints, or deviations, and propose mitigation plans.
