What you’ll doAs a (P2P) Process to Pay Financial Specialist, you will play an important role in driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with the business. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the FSSC Finance Team, providing a high level of service and reporting to the accounts payable team leader.
In addition, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing and management of invoices, ensuring accuracy, compliance,



and timely handling in line with established guidelines. This includes registering and verifying invoices prior to payment, as well as supporting employees by reviewing expense claims submitted through SAP Concur.
The role also involves responding to supplier queries and claims via email and telephone, delivering efficient resolution and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Who we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role.
You’ll also need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role.
- Experience in the feed industry or relevant sectors is valuable.
- Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English languages. Other language is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Previous experience with Medius, M3 and SAP Concur will be considered an advantage.
