Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team in our West Sacramento office. The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.Duties/Responsibilities:Thoroughly understand project scope and objectives.Understand resources needed to reach objectives and manage those resources in an effective and efficient manner.Understand project budget prepared by the Estimating team.Track project costs to meet budget.Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.Provide project updates on a consistent basis to internal and external stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments,



and progress.Respond to all customer communication within 24 hours.Work with the General Foreman/foreman and the customer in order to prepare monthly billings for submission to the accounting department;Work alongside assigned Project Engineer dailyIdentify work outside of project scope and prepare change orders to capture the billings and cost associated with this work;Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution;Monitor progress and make timely adjustments as neededMeasure project performance to identify areas for improvement.Attending jobsite meetingsRequired Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Excellent critical thinking skillsValid state driver's licenseProficiency with Microsoft Office and ExcelAbility to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times
