Job Description
As a BIM 3D Technician,
you will play a key role in our project development and execution processes. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts on cutting‑edge projects. We are currently expanding our team based in our Valencia, Spain office.
Responsibilities

- Producing 3D models using BIM tools.
- Ensuring modelling complies with the required standards.
- Performing clash detection between elements using Navisworks.
- Producing accurate and detailed 2D models and construction drawings.
- Verifying production drawings against the 3D model.
- Producing detailed plans and ISOs from the 3D model.
- Collaborating and coordinating with all relevant trades.
Skills and Requirements

- Proficiency in 3D software.
- Understanding of M&E; service coordination, P&IDs;, and design schematics.
- Degree qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multifunctional team.
