As we enter an exciting growth phase, we are looking for an ambitious and hands‑on Operations Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO and play a key role in both daily operations and long‑term strategic development.
Position OverviewThe Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day management of operations across Phytoferm and Plantionix, ensuring that current production activities are executed according to plan while helping build the foundation for future growth. Working directly with the CEO, you will coordinate production activities, manage stakeholder communication, support regulatory and corporate reporting, and contribute to the development of next‑generation omega‑3 production technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production Management
- Ensure ongoing production activities are executed according to plan, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate production planning and operational workflows together with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor production performance and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Support supply chain, logistics, and transportation activities to ensure reliable product delivery.
