At Factorial, we're looking for a People Ops Specialist – Health & Safety to take care of our Barcelona office, cover our other sites in Spain and support our team in Mexico. This role is essential as we keep growing: it combines the day-to-day operational support our team relies on with the responsibility of Health & Safety Officer (Técnico/a de PRL) across all our offices.

About the role

As People Ops Specialist – Health & Safety, Labor Compliance and Equality Plan you will be the internal point of reference on occupational health and safety, and a go-to person for the team's day-to-day. Working closely with our external prevention service,



our labor advisors and the People Ops teams in our Business Units around the world; Mexico, Germany, Galicia & Madrid, you will keep us compliant, keep our processes aligned across countries, and make sure the people here feel taken care of. It's an adecuado role for someone with a strong service mindset, real rigor, and a genuine drive to make an impact on people's wellbeing and safety.

What will you be doing
- Own Health & Safety for Barcelona and set shared criteria across our sites. You will be the internal point of contact on PRL and coordinate with the external prevention service (SPA) on risk assessments, health surveillance and audits.
- Keep the offices prepared, not just compliant. Emergency plans, evacuation drills, signage, and health & safety training for the team - from onboarding to ergonomics and screen use.
- Investigate and document accidents and incidents. Track the indicators, spot the pattern behind them and clo
