Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A;) is part of CF Operations and supports Markets and Services. BI&A; team members provide operations support to Markets and Services leadership. The candidate will be responsible for delivering data‑driven analytics to the Commercial/Sales Excellence Organization.
The key responsibility involves driving business analytics, writing impactful business insights, identifying risks upfront, and highlighting them to leads with proposed solutions.
The candidate will focus on the Sales Excellence metrics blueprint (sales momentum, profitability, competitiveness) across the MU leveraging Agentic AI and standard BI&A; tools.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business reporting and analytics, leveraging deep knowledge of Accenture offerings to generate actionable business insights
- Drive innovation in data analysis by adopting advanced analytical tools and visualization techniques to enhance reporting quality and business value
- Manage end‑to‑end delivery of analytical outputs, including hands‑on development of dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and quality through robust QA processes, peer reviews, and effective oversight of production activities
Qualifications
Strong business insight writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
