Accountabilities

- Define and execute the research strategy for core AI intelligence, including reasoning, planning, memory, context representation, and orchestration capabilities.




- Lead technical decisions on model architecture, determining when to build proprietary solutions or leverage state‑of‑the‑art open‑source and commercial models.
- Design and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to measure system quality, safety, reliability, long‑term performance, and real‑world effectiveness.
- Establish and oversee AI alignment, safety, and guardrail strategies to ensure responsible and dependable system behavior.
- Explore and integrate advanced machine learning approaches such as retrieval‑augmented training, mixture‑of‑experts, model distillation, multimodal AI, and multi‑agent systems.
