PROFILE
Senior lawyer specialised in infrastructures, concessions and energy; with extensive experience in bidding process, land banking, permitting, M&A; (including due diligence), corporate financing and project finance; drafting and negotiating contracts (EPC, O&M;, others); being involved in management of commercial companies; able to get involved in the operational aspects of the business; and work in a dynamic and integral environment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing legal advice on the various activities of the company and its subsidiaries,



in collaboration with the different company departments and throughout the different stages of business. This role would be part of the company's Legal Department and report to the Head of the Legal Department. The position covers, among others, the following functions:

- Advice in the fields of real estate, infrastructure and energy, including regulatory law, project agreements, public contracts, permits, etc.
- Drafting and negotiating financing contracts, security packages, structured financing (project finance) and refinancing.
- Involved in the preparation of bids and project development, (i) drafting and negotiating contracts (MoU, EPC, O&M;, letters of intent, construction contracts, non-binding and final offers, interfaces agreements, NDAs and term sheets for financing) (ii) preparation of documentation addressed to Public Administrations and other regulatory bodies and (iii) providing advice in public or private pre-qualif
