In this front-of-house role, you will manage guest experiences from check-in to departure. Specifically, you will handle room assignments, execute upselling opportunities, manage guest billing, and resolve service inquiries. By doing so, you will ensure an extraordinary stay across every shift.

To achieve this, you will deliver flawless guest registration and personal service. At the same time, you will keep front-desk administration organized and accurate. Therefore, you will manage check-ins, process billing, execute sales techniques, and log incidents in Polaris. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury hospitality.
