In this leadership role, you guide system-level strategy and customer engagement for Littelfuse’s power switching and circuit protection portfolio. You drive the shift from component-centric to solution-focused offerings by aligning innovation with real-world requirements. You collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to shape differentiated solutions and influence roadmaps, while leading validation efforts and developing technical content. You help equip the field with insights and training, enabling global cross-functional alignment and impactful customer outcomes. • Engage with customers and industry leaders to identify trends and position Littelfuse as a technology partner of choice
• Influence product roadmaps through collaboration with Product Management and business case development for growth opportunities
• Lead system-level validation including test definition and execution for performance, reliability, and compliance
• Develop technical content (application notes, white papers, reference designs) to support adoption and thought leadership
• Enable Sales and Field Application Engineers with actionable technical insights, tools, and training
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales in a global matrixed organization
• Lead through influence, guiding teams and decision-making across disciplines

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of experience in electrical systems, power electronics, or semiconductor applicati
