Medical Director , Global Medical Excellence & Operations ensures alignment,



coordination of priorities and flawless execution of medical strategies for the Derma franchise within Almirall Global Medical Affairs (GMA).

This role drives strategic and operational excellence, strengthens global collaboration, and builds capabilities across the organization to deliver high-quality medical outcomes, contributing to the overall success of the Global Medical Affairs team.

Collaborates closely with other relevant functions to enhance medical excellence & operations across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
* Implement the GMA Medical Excellence strategy and operational framework, ensuring effective tactical planning and execution.
* Ensure Medical Excellence across teams to deliver global medical strategies and impactful plans.
* Align goals and priorities for the Derma franchise across GMA to ensure consistency and collaboration.
