Customer Service Representative – BusuuWe are looking for a motivated and talented Customer Service Representative to handle our customers' queries in English and French or German or Turkish. You will respond to user queries via email and live chat, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and meeting the team’s SLAs.

ResponsibilitiesUsing Zendesk as the main platform, you will manage a large volume of emails and live‑chat sessions. Your day‑to‑day tasks include:
- Managing incoming queries in a timely manner.
- Resolving queries sent to our support team.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Logging new bugs for the Technical and Education teams.
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Processing refunds and checking payment statuses in accordance with our refund policy.




- Escalating and sharing new issues with peers and managers.
- Following company guidelines, policies, and procedures while sharing ideas to improve the team’s processes.
- Sharing best practices with your peers.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of successful experience as a Customer Service Representative (or equivalent).
- Fluency in English and one of French, German, or Turkish.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Expertise in assisting customers with our mobile app and website.
- Interest in digital services and new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills in the languages you offer.
- Strong empathy and a commitment to delighting customers.
- Problem‑solving skills and initiative to investigate and resolve complaints.
- Experience with upselling to a Premium subscription.
- Ability to explain policies to customers during refund requests.
- Previous experience using Zendesk is ide
