Задачи:
- Lead business development efforts across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector in Iberia, focusing on Anti-Financial Crime investigations, Compliance, and Collections solutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including account planning, SWOT analysis, market penetration strategies, and go-to-market plans
- Identify and engage executive and C-level stakeholders and build trusted relationships
- Position Concentrix's technology-led solutions through consultative and solution-based selling
- Build long-term client relationships, represent Concentrix at industry events, and strengthen awareness of its value proposition
- Collaborate with portfolio leaders,



practice leaders, and subject matter experts to design tailored solutions and support complex sales opportunities
- Lead commercial negotiations for complex opportunities, including proposals, contracts, commercial terms, and operational KPIs
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation
- Monitor pipeline health, sales performance, and business development metrics
- Provide regular reporting and identify new growth and continuous improvement opportunities

Требования:
- Significant experience in consultative sales, business development, or account management as a Hunter or Account Manager
- Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector in Spain and Portugal
- Experience selling or positioning solutions related to Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance, Collections, Customer Operations, or Digital Transformation
- Proven track record of developing new business opportuni
