We are looking for a Direct Procurement Buyer to join our Direct Procurement ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) team. This role will play a key part in defining and executing sourcing strategies for direct procurement categories, working in close collaboration with Engineering, Product Management, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.You will collaborate and influence business leaders and stakeholders at a global level, supporting teams across several countries and our HQ offices in Geneva, Sweden, and Spain.The role will involve the creation and execution of a Procurement Plan to maximize savings, leading end-to-end tenders (from drafting specifications to award and contract signature), influencing stakeholders to define and standardize requirements, while ensuring compliance with Procurement processes and policies.Key ResponsibilitiesManage strategic relationships with ODM partners and key suppliersSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept through industrialization up to Mass Production, ensuring cost targets are metContribute to the Group Procurement Plan,
