Job SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned corporate positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, attract high-quality talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.



The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process while ensuring recruiting activities are executed efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with PACS' hiring standards and employment brand.

- Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions.
- Partners with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Builds qualified candidate pipelines using multiple sourcing strategies.
- Ensures an outstanding candidate experience.
- Maintains recruiting data integrity within Workday.
- Supports recruiting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
