About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Interim to temporarily join our team and provide both operational and strategic HR support. This role goes beyond administration — it requires strong business understanding, leadership partnership, and the ability to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities for the Interim HR Generalist

- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning and organizational design based on current and future business needs.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring clear objectives, feedback culture, and accountability.
- Partner with managers on talent development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and employee relations matters.

- Oversee internal promotion processes, ensuring fairness and transparency.
- Lead internal communication related to HR processes and programs.
