We are looking forWe are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway
- FULL CYCLE POSITION:



You will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
- Research and prospect for new clients in the Belgium market.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients from Demo to Contract.
- Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline. Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.
- Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
- Work with the SDRs and the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
