The primary function is to launch, present and sell this portfolio to Surgeons in public and private accounts. You will analyze your sales territory, create a business plan for commercial launch and execute the plan to exceed sales quota. You report to the Sales Manager, Breast & Plastic, EU.
Responsibilities
- Co‑create and implement the commercial strategy.
- Identify key market players (scientific societies, opinion leaders, high‑potential customers).
- Define and implement an action plan in your territory to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, focusing on key accounts.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with key accounts.




- Support key accounts in the trial and adoption of our products.
- Deliver a high level of service and partnership to ensure customer and patient satisfaction.
- Contribute to the organization of events (congresses, masterclasses, etc.).
- Participate in product listing processes in the institutions under your responsibility.
- Collaborate with BD colleagues on strategic accounts and conduct competitive intelligence.
- Manage territory development via a CRM (Salesforce) with daily data entry (opportunities, contacts, events).

- Proven track record in selling high‑value medical devices and building strong relationships within hospital environments, particularly in surgical settings.
- Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset to identify opportunities, grow business, and drive customer adoption of innovative solutions.
