About the Role
Idoven is looking for a Senior Project Manager - MedTech Ops to join our Operations team. You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity.
Responsibilities

- Lead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed
- Translate deals into cross‑departmental projects/tasks
- Drive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development, and hospital partnerships
- Coordinate cross‑departmental projects end‑to‑end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocation
- Identify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logs
- Exercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech
- Report directly to the COO and support strategic planning
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in project management in healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience in client‑facing or customer success roles, including escalations
- Experience with strategic planning and evaluating KPIs across departments
- Proven track record managing cross‑fu
