We are looking for a results-oriented Product Manager to support and drive the growth of our AI-powered business writing assistant, contributing to key areas such as product strategy, development, AI innovation, and performance optimization.
You will be part of a technology department that is comprised of a successful and multidisciplinary group of professionals located across the globe – Lisbon, Barcelona, New York, Manchester, Bucharest and India.
Key Responsibilities:

- Define and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needs
- Lead the discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering stakeholder insights to identify trends and pain points
- Communicate changes in the roadmap and prioritization reasoning to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
Product Development & Lifecycle Management

- Partner with cross-functional teams—including engineers, researchers, QA analysts, and designers—to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on authoring solutions
