About the roleRisk at Revolut operates across all functions, products,



and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We're looking for a Risk Manager to support recovery and resolution planning across our global entities. You'll join a lean, second line of defence team to build the frameworks, test controls, and partner closely across functions to drive key resolution priorities.

What you'll be doing
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of the 2026/2027 Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF) roadmap to ensure full compliance ahead of the 2028 deadline
- Designing, authoring, and maintaining resolution playbooks and rigorous evidence packs across critical capabilities, including funding in resolution, valuations, and restructuring
- Designing and executing our 2027 resolution testing cycles, and proactively tracking capabi
