As the General Category Hermes Retail Analyst & Planner, you will play a key role in driving commercial performance through best-in-class forecasting, inventory optimization, and demand planning activities. Acting as a strategic business partner to the Hermes category team, you will ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right locations to maximize sales opportunities, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.

This role combines analytical excellence with commercial acumen, translating complex data into actionable insights that improve stock efficiency, forecast accuracy, and overall retail performance across the Hermes business.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop accurate short, medium, and long-term sales forecasts by category, store, and collection to support commercial decision-making
- Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning in close collaboration with the Demand Planning team,
ensuring optimal stock levels, inventory targets, weeks of supply, and replenishment flows
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, seasonality, customer purchasing behaviour, and store performance to continuously refine forecasts and planning assumptions
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Retail Operations teams to ensure product availability and inventory efficiency across the network
- Support new product launches, seasonal initiatives, and store openings through tailored forecasting and planning activities
- Drive initiatives to improve stock rotation and contribute to inventory ageing reduction plans
