Job DescriptionWith operations worldwide, we combine integral expertise with strong local execution. In this role, you will be part of an international organization while working closely with our Iberian market and feed production plants, playing a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable supply to our customers.
What You Will Do
- Build reliable demand forecasts combining data analysis, trends and business inputs
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations) to align on demand plans
- Integrate market insights such as seasonality, promotions, product launches or customer trends into the forecast




- Monitor and improve performance through KPIs such as forecast accuracy and bias
- Lead the monthly demand planning process, facilitating alignment and driving consensus across stakeholders
- Support efficient operations by ensuring the right balance between demand, production and stock levels for our feed plants in Iberia
- Identify risks and opportunities, contributing to better business decisions
- Drive continuous improvement, proposing new tools, methods and ways of working
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing forecasting capabilities and processes

Who We’re Looking For
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or other relevant fields related to data analysis
- Experience in data analysis in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or other business functions
- Basic to intermediate level of English
- Ability to translate data insights into clear, understandable messages for different stakeholders
- Strong skills in Power BI, E
