We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Engineer to lead Outrigo’s growth within the high-performance mobility and elite motorsport sectors. In this role, you will lead our mission to deliver innovative and impactful products, specializing in composite design, mechanical engineering, and systems integration for elite racing teams and high-performance OEMs.

You will act as a bridge between Outrigo’s state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facilities and the demanding requirements of the automotive industry.

Responsibilities / What You Will Do

- Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities across automotive and motorsport domains.
- Translate complex engineering solutions (design, simulation, test & validation, additive manufacturing) into clear value propositions for decision‑makers.
- Engage in technical discussions with engineers and commercial negotiations with procurement and leadership teams.




- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiation and closing.
- Work with technical teams to shape tailored solutions that align with client requirements, including performance, cost and delivery.
- Support preparation of bids, proposals and technical‑commercial documentation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM/ERP systems.
- Represent Outrigo at industry events, trade fairs and client workshops.
- Actively monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to refine strategy.
- Serve as the primary post‑sales contact, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of the product.
