Position Overview
Reporting to the Academic Director, the Associate Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the Center's marketing, communications,



and positioning strategy to strengthen visibility, engagement, and impact. This role combines strategic marketing, brand development, stakeholder engagement, communications, people leadership, and performance measurement to support the Center's growth and influence within IE and globally.

The Associate Director will work closely with the Student Education & Experience vertical, IE Marketing and Communications, as well as other key stakeholders across the university to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, engagement strategies, and institutional priorities. The role requires a holistic perspective on the student and community experience, positioning the Center's initiatives within the broader IE ecosystem to maximize impact, strengthen collaboration, and create a cohesive experience across students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partners.
