In this role you will drive sustainable growth for Tripledot Games by managing a portfolio of rewarded UA channels, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover new opportunities. You’ll combine data-driven analysis with creative testing to scale high-performing channel-game combos and deliver ROI-driven results. The position sits within a growth-focused team, contributing to the company’s mission of building a leading mobile games company. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and grow a portfolio of rewarded UA channels across multiple Tripledot Games
• Launch, monitor and optimize paid UA campaigns across rewarded partners and other key channels
• Own campaign performance, budget allocation, ROI and spend optimization across portfolio
• Analyze campaign performance and player acquisition data to drive optimization decisions
• Scale successful channel-game combinations and refine the portfolio via performance data
• Partner with Product, Analytics, BI and UA Leads to define experiments and growth priorities
• Collaborate with designers to test and iterate on creative concepts to improve performance
• Use BI, measurement and AI tools to enhance analysis, execution and decision-making
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to discover new growth opportunities through experimentation
• Communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Take initiative to expand the team’s capabilities and identify new rewarded acquisition opportunities
Responsabilidades
• 2–5 years of experience in User Acquisition or growth-focused role
• Experience in mobile gaming preferred; rewarded apps or partners highly desirab
