As a Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Understanding Needs: Partnering with clients and internal teams to gather hiring requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.




- Finding Top Talent: Proactively sourcing, selecting, and qualifying the best candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Owning the Process: Managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a smooth journey from first contact to successful onboarding.
- Building Strong Connections: Developing a high-quality professional network and staying ahead of market trends.
- Hitting Targets: Setting ambitious hiring goals and achieving them with the right strategies, tools, and resources.
