Role Overview

Join Allianz Services as an AI Engineer (m/f/d) and dive into groundbreaking AI projects within our Data Analytics Solutions team. Collaborate with a dynamic, international team to design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems that deliver measurable business outcomes.



Partner closely with the Business Owner to translate goals into working agentic solutions with clear SLAs, governance, and ROI to truly “Make AI Happen.”

What You Do

- Design and implement cutting‑edge ML models and LLM‑powered applications, focusing on robust system design, RAG architectures, and complex workflow automation.
- Architect and implement agentic AI solutions end‑to‑end: task decomposition, planning, tool‑use/function‑calling, memory/state management, and multi‑agent orchestration.
- Develop and deploy a diverse range of models, transitioning seamlessly between classical machine learning (e.g., LightGBM, XGBoost, Scikit‑Learn) for structured data and state‑of‑the‑art LLMs for unstructured text and generative tasks.
- Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and feedback loops, including offline/online testing, regression suites, and human‑in‑the‑loop syste
