About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead time-related functional workstreams, provide expert-level guidance to clients, and deliver high‐quality solutions aligned with HR and Payroll processes.Thisrequires strong analytical skills, the ability to work closely with general teams (particularly in Europe), and proven experience delivering AMS and project services in complex environments.

Experience working in international/multicultural delivery teams.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Experience with Knowledge of AMS delivery models (ITIL,
